Brighton Collaboration has been funded by a variety of scientific and public health organizations throughout its history. Currently, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) funds Brighton Collaboration’s SPEAC project.
Brighton Collaboration is one of multiple programs within the Center for Vaccine Equity at the Task Force for Global Health. As a program of the Task Force, Brighton Collaboration receives administration services and support.
A diverse volunteer community has supported Brighton Collaboration’s mission since its founding. Volunteer subject matter experts in vaccines, virology, and pharmacology, and more contribute to Brighton Collaboration’s vaccine safety products and resources.
Additional non-funding partners include national and international agencies such as the World Health Organization, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences, and the European Medicines Agency. Brighton Collaboration works with these partners to ensure that proposed safety measures are implemented into vaccine production and regulation.
